Located in Morganton less than 10 miles from the city of Blue Ridge, you will be treated to the scenic views of farms, cattle in pastureland and forests as you make your way to the gravel mountain road leading to the Grey Wolf Lodge. Be sure to get your directions from My Mountain. Do not rely on your cell phone to get to the cabin. As with most cabins in the mountains, the last mile of the road is uphill. Enjoy the drive and come up during daylight hours. This cabin is convenient to Lake Blue Ridge, waterfalls, tubing, horseback riding, Serenberry Vineyards and much more. Hikers and those seeking adventure will enjoy the nearby access to the Benton McKaye Trail, Toccoa Swinging Bridge, and Appalachian Trail.When your daily adventures are over, you will love the comfort and peacefulness that awaits you. Soak in the spacious five seat hot tub. Play video games on the Wii, watch your favorite streaming TV services or just enjoy the silence. Wi-fi is available for your devices. Relax on the deck amongst the trees and enjoy the treehouse-like feeling, enjoy the propane fireplace, propane fire pit or grill and dine outdoors.... whatever you do you will be doing it in a mountain paradise!IMPORTANT: Cell phone service in the mountains is spotty sometimes at best.
